Please know that small imperfections in the cup itself are possible. There can be imperfections underneath the stainless steel that are unknown, part of the manufacturing process, and are not imperfections of the engraving process.I do my best to choose the best cups available when I purchase them.
Cups are BPA free and 18/8 stainless steel double insulated. They will keep your drinks cold and hot for hours.
Tumbler care: Handwash is best to ensure the engraving lasts the longest. Do NOT use anything abrasive on the engraving as it can cause damage to the design. Cups are NOT microwave safe.
