How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Current turn around time for processing orders is 15-18 business days. It does not include the weekends. It may not take this long but this is the time I allow myself to get orders processed. I always post the TAT at the top of the homepage on the website and in my bio on Instagram. I always attempt to get orders shipped prior to this deadline if possible. Please make sure to check these turn around times before placing an order. These times are just my processing times and not the time it takes for UPS or USPS to deliver (that is out of my control). For international customers I am not responsible for the amount of time it takes for orders to reach you. Items can be held at customs and this is not my fault. Once the order has shipped you need to give it the time it takes to reach your destination. That can take over a month if you live outside of the US. Keep that in mind before ordering.
Do you take custom orders?
I am currently not taking custom requests for designs.
Do you accept customer cups for engraving?
No at this time I do not accept customer cups. The prices include the cup and the design of choice. Shipping and tax is the only additional cost that will be added at checkout.
Is my order insured?
I fully insure all items for the purchased value. If an item is damaged upon receipt please contact me within 72 hours of delivery so that I can file a claim with the shipping company. It is imperative you contact me within 72 hours of your order being delivered so I can collect important information to open a claim otherwise you run the risk of not being able to have the claim approved. You MUST keep all of the packaging material until the claim has been processed.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the customization of all orders there are no returns or exchanges. If you have a quality issue with your order when you receive it, you have 72 hours to reach out to me to resolve the issue. If the error is made on my part a new replacement will be sent out. Approved replacements will be done only when the original item has been received back to me.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently I am only shipping to Canada and a few other international countries in Europe, South America & Australia. With this being said, items can take sometimes over a month to get there so please keep this in mind when ordering because I will not give a refund due to long wait times for delivery. Every item is fully insured. You are also responsible for ANY and ALL import/customs fees because the full dollar value is declared so that I can insure the package.
